Vecto ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including account, workspace, and login information. When you use Vecto, we process CRM records such as leads, contacts, tags, tasks, notes, pipeline stages, inbox conversations, message content, call metadata, recordings where enabled, and usage or audit events needed to operate the service.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Vecto; to summarize conversations and calls; to suggest follow-ups; to update CRM records after authorized user actions; to route inbox messages; to troubleshoot issues; to communicate with you about the service; and to comply with legal obligations.
Connected Services and ChatGPT Apps
Vecto integrates with third-party APIs, including Meta's WhatsApp Business, Messenger, Instagram, OpenAI, and ChatGPT Apps/MCP when you choose to connect them. ChatGPT can access Vecto workspace data only after OAuth authorization and only through the Vecto tools exposed for that workspace. Write actions such as CRM updates or inbox replies require explicit confirmation before execution.
Disclosure and Recipients
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers and connected platforms needed to operate Vecto, such as hosting, database, analytics, communications, AI processing, messaging providers, and integrations you authorize. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Data Retention
We retain workspace data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements. Conversation content, call data, generated insights, and audit logs are retained according to your organization's configuration and operational requirements. You may request deletion of your data or unlink connected services at any time.
Your Rights and Controls
You may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of your personal data where applicable. Workspace administrators can manage users, connected channels, and integrations. You may unlink ChatGPT Apps/MCP, Meta channels, or other connected services, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Data Security and Contact
