Description of Service
Vecto provides post-call intelligence for WhatsApp Business calls. Our service analyzes call conversations to generate summaries, detect commitments, suggest follow-ups, and extract key business data. Vecto is not a CRM, chatbot, or telephony service.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Vecto only for lawful business purposes. You must not use the service to process calls without proper consent from all parties, to violate any applicable laws or regulations, or to attempt to access data belonging to other organizations.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, ensuring you have proper authorization to process call data, complying with all applicable data protection regulations, and the accuracy of information you provide to us.
Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service. You may not use the service to build a competing product. You may not share your account access with unauthorized parties. You may not attempt to circumvent any security measures.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vecto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the security and integrity of our service.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that may affect your use of the service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
